Institutional culture can be hidden from view, even for those within the institution. Culture impacts everything from the start of the day, from failures to successes and across teams. Defining, understanding and awareness of that culture, combined with attention to systems change, is key to developing successful approaches to process and people improvements. Transparent, innovative, and inclusive cultures will support your teams, growth and successful future states.
The power of allies is so important, I had to include the word in my firm name. Over decades, I have engaged with the Missouri History Museum, the Saint Louis Art Museum, the St. Louis Kaplan Feldman Holocaust Museum, the Interfaith Partnership of Greater St. Louis, the International Institute of Greater St. Louis and others for transformative learning. Moving out of comfortable spaces to become more self-aware and understanding of others promotes positive growth mindsets for personal and professional development.
